In this case, we can even have bad ability to memorize thing.  Another risk that is possible to happen is depression. Sleeping depreciation is able to cause severe depression as well. It is possible to happen when you do not sleep at least six to eight hours in a day.

Then, it is also reported that sleeping depreciation is able to increase someone’s risk of heart disease. It is because our blood artery will not be able to work properly when we are lacking sleep. Some possible problems include heart attack, a heart that beats so fast and others. Moreover, it is also possible that sleep depreciation may lead to a mental disorder such as depression, mood swing and so on. The last but not least, it is also reported that sleep depreciation can lead us to death. It is possible to happen when we get the complicated disease because of sleep depreciation.
